Do you offer domestic and international shipping? Yes, we offer both domestic and international shipping. Our team carefully packages each piece to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and size of the order. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy below.
Customer Pickup
At Creative-Objects, all furniture is available for pick up at Tijuana, Baja California warehouse for no additional charge. For questions about your pickup, please e-mail us.
Preparation
If you are not able to accept delivery or pick up right away, your completed order may be stored for up to six months, free of charge. If necessary, your order can be stored beyond the initial six month period for a fee of $25/month.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Creative-objects is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your furniture, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged? If your furniture arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to assist with the claims process.

What is your warranty policy? . At Creative-Objects, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture. We offer a 3 year warranty for the original owner, covering structural defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a construction flaw or material failure, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion. Please note the limited exclusions outlined below.
Procedure
If an issue arises, please contact us with a description of the problem and photos highlighting the defect. This will help us determine the best course of action. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with transporting the furniture for repair or replacement. If we determine that the damage was due to a construction flaw, we may reimburse you for shipping and handling costs at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and are fully satisfied with their purchase.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover defects in furniture after it has been inspected and signed for by the customer unless the defect becomes evident at a later date and was not visible or in existence at the time of pickup or delivery. We ask customers to carefully inspect their furniture at the time of pickup or delivery to ensure it is free of any imperfections.
This warranty does not cover damage due to regular use and wear and tear. Should cosmetic damage arise during the course of your ownership, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding the maintenance or care of your furniture, please contact us or refer to the furniture care page below for more information.
Damage caused by improper care, neglect, misuse, extreme changes in ambient humidity or temperature, and color changes due to exposure to sunlight are not covered under this warranty. Please see our Furniture Care page for guidance on how to properly care for your furniture.
Items with upholstery are covered by a limited warranty of 3 years due to the naturally shorter lifespan of upholstery materials. Customer’s Own Material (COM) is excluded from this warranty. Parts with a limited lifespan will not be covered beyond their expected lifetime, e.g., light kits.
Customizations that affect the structural integrity of a piece may void this warranty.
This warranty does not cover clearance items, which are final sale and sold in “as is” condition.
This warranty does not cover lighting or accessories.
Natural Variations in the Wood
Our furniture is designed and handcrafted to celebrate the warmth, texture, and natural beauty of wood. As a natural material, wood often presents organic markings such as mineral deposits, pitch pockets, and a variety of grain patterns. We encourage our craftsmen to incorporate these variations into the final product to create a unique expression of the natural material and to reduce waste. We do not view these markings as defects but as signs of authenticity.

How do I care for my wooden furniture? To maintain the beauty of your wooden furniture, we recommend dusting regularly with a microfiber cloth and using wood paste wax as needed. Avoid using silicone-based polishes, which can leave residue and damage the finish. Additionally, avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near heat and humid sources to prevent damage.
How can I protect my furniture from damage? A: Use coasters, placemats, and protective pads to prevent scratches and heat damage. Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and extreme changes in humidity or temperature to avoid warping and fading.
How can I maintain the appearance of my furniture over time? A: Rotate and fluff seat cushions regularly to distribute wear evenly. Dust and clean surfaces frequently to prevent buildup. Follow specific care instructions for different materials to ensure longevity
What is the best way to care for upholstered furniture? A: Vacuum your upholstered furniture regularly to remove dust and crumbs. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. Check the manufacturer’s cleaning codes before using any cleaning products. For fabric upholstery, use a mild detergent and water solution; for leather, use a specialized leather cleaner.
